MARITZA BLANCO
She studied film and video production at The University Of The Arts London. London College Of Communications. Under her authorship, she developed events such as Short Ends World Film Schools Festival, and made a number of art documentaries for famous figures including the sculptor Richard Wilson, designer Neville Brody, and choreographer Rosmary Butcher. As student she was awarded by the British Government with the Silver Award by the British Council International Student Award. A recognition for foreign students who have developed activities or programs with a high cultural or social value for the country. She studied a master's degree in Ibero-American Screenwriting at the Menéndez Pelayo University, FIA in Valencia, Spain. And She constantly complements her knowledge with diplomas in Acting, Actors Direction, Location Management, Line Production and updates in Movie Magic Scheduling and Budgeting software.
Maritza is the leader of Dessu productions, a production company where she develops her own works and co-produces with artists and filmmakers from all over the world. Since 2007, she provides research, scouting, production and fixer services for international producers commissioned by the main channels in the world such as BBC, Channel4, TV Osaka, NHK Japan, NHNZ New Zealand, Discovery US, Natgeo US, PBS, Travel Channel and for Zayed organization from Arab Emirates.
Since 2013, she is the curator of the international documentary session of the Bogoshorts International Festival. Additionally, she has been invited as curator of Cine Con Sentido 2006 (Bogotá Human Rights Festival), the International Documentary Show of Bogotá 2011 and 2012, as a jury at Muda 2006 (International Student Audiovisual Festival), Villa De Leyva Film Festival 2008, 2015 and in the stimulus programs of the Ministry of Culture: PAN 2008 y 2013 e INI 2020. She was also a jury member of the Fund for the cinematographic development FDC documentary writing 2014.

LINA TOVAR
Social communicator, journalist and audiovisual producer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, she studied executive production at the Escuela de Cine y Televisión, EICTV specialized in Organizational Communication from the Javeriana, master's degree in Government and International Relations from the Universidad del Rosario.
She has worked as a researcher and journalist in the Government of Cundinamarca, the Chancellor's office and the Biarritz Forum; in media such as Caracol Radio, Javeriana Estéreo, El Tiempo.com, RCN-NTN24. She has coordinated educational projects of the Secretary of District Education and CERLALC.
As filmmaker, she was part of the project "Filiales" and "Desarraigados" of the NGO Dutch Red Cross. She has been the general producer of several national feature films and short films.
She worked as coordinator of the Colombian Film Commission for the Law 1556/2012, and later as production assistant (Ap and APoc) in films of the law “Lost City of Z”, “Mille 22” where she was location coordinator, “Triple Frontier”, and “Sound of freedom”. Recently she was the production manager for the movie "Topos”. Line Producer of “Cuentos de Humo", she worked with a French company and the channel Arte, on the animated series “Pingüino y Panda” and “La mujer del corazón y otras desventuras”.
